Traditionally, the digital marketing funnel is a linear journey - buyers predictably pass through one stage at a time and sequentially flow through four stages: awareness, interest, desire, and action. But the new digital marketing funnel isn’t a funnel at all. It’s a looping journey! The phases are similar to the old framework, but work in a little bit different way:

* Awareness
* Consideration, along with the research and discovery loop
* Purchase
* Post-purchase experience and the loyalty loop

The framework has integrated See-Think-Do-Care model by Avinash Kaushik.
